before you order.

Can you deliver the same day?
Yes — across the Greater Toronto Area, on orders placed before 1:00 PM. Enter the delivery postal code on any arrangement and we show you exactly which dates we can promise, including today where it is still possible. Larger pieces such as casket sprays need more time in the workroom, so they are offered next-day.
Will the flowers arrive before the funeral service?
Tell us the service date and time at checkout and our drivers deliver ahead of it. We confirm by email the moment the arrangement is placed at the funeral home or church.
What areas do you deliver to?
Same-day and next-day across the GTA; next-day to Hamilton, Kitchener–Waterloo, Guelph and Greater Montreal; and two-to-three-day service to much of southern Ontario, Ottawa–Gatineau and Quebec City. Enter a postal code on any product page to check yours.
What if a flower in the arrangement is unavailable?
Flowers are seasonal and occasionally a specific bloom is not at its best on the day. Our florists substitute one of equal or greater value in the same style and palette, so your arrangement is never delayed and never diminished.
Is the card message really free?
Yes. Write it at checkout and we print it on a card delivered with the flowers. Ribbon messages on sprays and wreaths are free as well.
What if something goes wrong with the delivery?
A missed sympathy delivery cannot be done over, and we treat it that way. If we fail on a promised date through our own fault, we make it right — redelivery, replacement or refund, your choice, and we tell you before you have to ask.
